Summer Holidays

Rocket Holiday Camps has been named as our 2026 Holiday Club provider. This summer, Rocket is expanding their provision on site so they can welcome even more children.

Rocket provides a mix of Stage, Sports and Solve activities, giving children the freedom to choose what they want to do and switch throughout the day. It’s a great option for children who love performing, being active or tackling challenges.

New this summer they are introducing Little Rockets, designed especially for children finishing their Foundation Stage year. These sessions include age-appropriate versions of the same activities, giving younger children a gentle and fun first holiday club experience.

To support working families, Rocket offers flexible hours. Their standard day runs from 9am to 3:30pm, with the option to extend from 8:15am to 5pm if needed. They accept Tax‑Free Childcare, childcare vouchers, credit card payments and also offer a monthly payment plan to help spread the cost. Booking is quick and easy online at rocketholidaycamps.co.uk

From August 2026

From 26th August 2026, we are delighted to be launching our new Wraparound Care Provision, designed directly in response to the feedback you have shared with us. Our aim is to offer greater flexibility, improved choice, and a service that supports the needs of busy families while ensuring children enjoy a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.

Breakfast Club

  • Breakfast Club – 7:30–8:45am
  • Cost: £7.50

Breakfast will be available each morning. Breakfast includes a choice of toast, cereals and fruit and we encourage children to drink water or milk with their breakfast.

After-school Care

Parent feedback has been clear: families need more flexibility at the end of the school day. To support this, we will offer two bookable sessions:

  • Session 1: 15:15 – 16:30 Cost: £7.00

  • Session 2 : 16:30 – 17:45 Cost: £7.00

  • Both sessions : £14.00

This structure allows children to attend other on-site after-school clubs and activities, while giving parents the option to book only the time they actually need. You can book Session 1 only, Session 2 only, or both sessions if required.

Food and Snacks

We have listened carefully to your feedback around food. Many parents had suggested a change was needed around the food offerings.

We will therefore be offering a bring‑your‑own‑food approach, allowing you to send in:

  • A range of healthy snacks

  • A full packed‑tea if your child requires it

This gives families full control over dietary choices and preferences, and it also enables us to offer wraparound care at a reduced rate, as we are not building the cost of food provision into the session price. It also helps ensure children have food they enjoy and are familiar with, which many parents told us is important. A fridge will be made available during the school day so that any lunch boxes brought from home in the morning can be stored safely.

Booking Through Arbor

To make booking sessions easier, we will be using Arbor, a platform you are already familiar with. Once the sessions are available to book on Arbor, you will be able to book both regular patterns and ad‑hoc sessions. We recognise that parents value flexibility, and we’re pleased to offer bookings with up to 48 hours’ notice. However, due to capacity limits, we strongly recommend pre‑booking whenever possible.

Booking links and a step‑by‑step guide will be shared before May half term.
