Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs 

Our Wraparound Care Provision will be open to all Meadowdale children, EYFS – Y6. 

To book on to our sessions you will need to use your Arbor account. 

Breakfast Club – 7:30–8:45am 

Breakfast club will take place in the school hall, Children must arrive by 8 am latest to be served breakfast. Breakfast includes a choice of toast, cereals and fruit and we encourage children to drink water or milk with their breakfast. 

Children will then be walked to their classrooms in time for the start of school. 

Afterschool Club 

Session 1: 3:15pm – 16:30pm & Session 2 : 4:30pm – 5:45pm 

After School Club is based within the school and, weather permitting, groups will spend some time outside.  Children will be collected at the end of the school day by our dedicated wrap around care team. 

We offer two food options during Session 2: 

1. Bring‑your‑own food Parents can send in either:  

• A selection of healthy snacks  

• A full packed tea, if your child needs one  

All food sent in from home will be collected at Breakfast Club or at the start of the school day and stored in the fridge ready for the after‑school session. 

2) Light buffet tea (£1 additional charge), we can provide a light buffet tea for your child. 

Booking deadline for wrap around care sessions: 48 hours before the session. 

Children must be dropped off and picked up from the main school hall door. Wrap around care staff will be on hand to sign children in/out.
